What's new with the SOC?

Changes to the SOC structure 

The code for "Mathematical Technicians" has been changed from 
15-3011 to 15-2091. The Mathematical Technicians Minor Group 
(15-3000) and Broad Occupation (15-3010) have been deleted 
from the structure. The title of the minor group 15-2000 has 
changed from "Mathematical Scientists" to "Mathematical 
Science Occupations".

Under the Major Group 45-0000 "Farming, Fishing, and Forestry 
Occupations", the detailed occupation "Farm Laborer 
Contractors" moved from 45-2031 to 45-1012. It is now under 
the broad occupation 45-1010 "First-Line Supervisors/Managers 
of Farming, Fishing, and Forestry Workers".

Within the same Major Group, the occupations of 45-9000 "Other 
Farming, Fishing, and Forestry Workers", 45-9090 
"Miscellaneous Farming, Fishing, and Forestry Workers", and 
45-9099 "Farming, Fishing, and Forestry Workers, All Other" 
have been deleted.
